ISSUU electronic publishing platform over-billed me for more than a year.

I signed up to use this publishing service called ISSUU.  Reason was that I made this songbook, for the indiegogo project. so I signed up for their premium service for one month to see if it could make any difference. In the end I sent them an email to cancel the service, yet they still kept billing me cause i did not login to cancel it. I never logged into the service or used any of their publishing tools for about 18 months, yet they kept charging me thinking that i wanted that service.

The way i see it, these guys took a couple of hundred dollars from me, for what "hard drive space." Their system did not notice that i never used their system in anyway, yet kept billing me.

I'm just writing this in the hope that 10 or 20 other people that use their service see this and decide to stop using their service. These guys did not offer me anything, not one thing. No apologies for the misunderstanding, no fault on their part. Ball is my court.. all written in the fine print.

These services that take money from artists when they know the artist has made a mistake, its not good form. I was not trying to make money from the songbook, just trying to get people to listen to the tunes.  They took more money than i raised in the process of trying to make the book.

So if you give these guys funds.. "think about it"
